Narrandera Local Aboriginal Land Council provides affordable housing to Aboriginal people, deals with Aboriginal Land claims and Aboriginal culture & heritage.

Gundyarri Narrandera Aboriginal Corporation is a community non-for-profit organisation. 

​

Sandhills Artefacts is owned by Michael Lyons. Michael is a Wiradjuri Elder who has accumulated a wealth of information about his ancient culture. Michael has two workshops and galleries located in Narrandera, NSW, which he can guide you through, showing in the first how he takes raw wood and turns it into traditional Didgeridoos, Boomerangs, Coolamons and more by soaking them in water, debarking, hollowing, sanding, carving, polishing and painting. 

 

​Known as the “place of many lizards” Narrandera is home to the Narrungdera Clan.
